I am a professional Counselor and wellness expert with over 25 years of experience in the mental health and wellness fields.  I began delivering my innovative wellness workshop series in 2014 to fill an important need in the working world: While wellness programs were on the rise, they tended to focus on physical health. The “invisible” mental and emotional components of wellbeing were widely neglected.

My dynamic workshop experiences help employees develop self-awareness and critical skills that will enable them to live happier, more fulfilled lives.  The "ripple effect" for employers includes increased productivity, decreased absenteeism, engagement, greater customer satisfaction, healthy corporate culture, and reduced health-care costs.  Today I have offered thousands of employees supportive workplace experiences based on over 2 decades of mental health service, industry research, and wellness leadership.

On the heals of a global pandemic, we have never had a greater need for implementing new and creative ways of helping people manage stress, mood, anxiety, change, relationships, and work-life balance.
