Appointments & Payment

Initial consult: Before working toge5her, we will have a 15  minute conversation to answer any questions you may have about therapy and determine whether we would be a good match.

Initial appointment (Intake session): If we determine we would like to work together, I will schedule you for a 75 minute intake session. If either of us feels we are not a good fit for each other, I will provide you with resources and a recommendation for another provider. 

45-50 minute sessions: Following our intake appointment, sessions will typically be 45-50 minutes. 

Cancelation policy: I require  24 hours notice for cancellation. Without 24 hours notice, I charge a 50% cancellation fee.  

Cost of services:
Initial consult (15 minutes): No charge
Intake session (75 minutes): $200
45-50 minute session:  $150
I do have some availability for reduced rate counseling.  Please let me know if you need financial assistance to make this work.  

Payment: At this time I am not accepting payment from insurance providers.  However, your insurance may reimburse a percentage of your therapy costs with "out of network" providers.  Please check with your insurance provider to determine if you have this benefit on your plan. If so, I will provide a monthly invoice to you that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

Payment is due at the end of the sessions and can be made by credit card or FSA/HSA card.
