"It's not just the number of hours we sit at a desk that determines the value we generate.  It's the energy we bring to the hours we work," states Tony Schwartz, CEO of the Energy Project. Stress, burn-out, and competing commitments can have employees feeling "stuck" or at best, spinning their wheels. In this seminar, participants will identify the factors that impede productivity and learn to avoid common traps. They will take home valuable time management, goal-setting, and support-building skills.  Highlighting the art and science behind habit-forming, this session promises to help employees focus, follow-through, and achieve.

Life Balance: A Place for Everything

What matters most to you? Do your actions reflect what is most important to you? Addressing these and other critical questions, this workshop is designed to help participants align their daily actions with their priorities.  Three practical tools are used to increase self-awareness and set participants on the path to living a more meaningful life.  A wake-up call for most, this workshop will help employees feel more fulfilled and positive about the choices they are making moving forward.

It is typical to forego the most vital elements of our lives when we are under stress or over-extended.  Managing family, work, and other commitments is challenging for most employees.  This workshop covers five essential elements of life-balance:  exercise, nutrition, sleep, relationships and re-creation. Help your employees achieve a sense of balance and watch their happiness and productivity soar!

Mindfulness:
Awaken your mind

Research abounds with the benefits of Mindfulness--a highly effective, evidence-based tool for bringing oneself to the present moment. In our fast-paced, multi-tasking world, we are pulled in many directions, and rarely are we truly present. Being mindful helps to let go of unwanted thoughts and feelings and start anew with clarity and openness.  Regular, brief periods of practice increase focus, creativity, productivity, relaxation, and emotional wellbeing. Participants will hear what science is saying about Mindfulness and then learn how to incorporate it into their daily lives.

The workshop will cover tried-and-true stress reduction techniques, mindfulness, self-care practices, and values. Participants will leave with practical tool-kits for their personal mind-body transformations.
